Gentlemen,

It is with deep sadness that I'm reporting the death of our classmate Brian Mescall, F-Troop. This came across my email this morning:

I regeret to inform you that Brian Mescall (Class of 97) was killed along with three other Soldiers on 9 JAN 09 when his HMMWV struck an Improvised Explosive Device while conducting combat operations in the Zabul Province of Aghanistan. He is survived by his wife Chiun and son Nathan.
